Sugar cane juice, fermented for ten days before being copper pot distilled twice & aged in american oak bourbon barrels & french oak sherry barrels for two years.
The oak finish beautifies and matures the sugar distillate giving way to a slight maple sweetness with soft hints of apple & pear with a dry sherry finish. this rum can be enjoyed neat or in a classic old fashioned or havana club cocktail.
